Chief Executive Officer
Ramon holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Marketing from Lynn University. With a distinguished career beginning in 1995 at San Juan Marriott Resort, he founded Azure in 2011, growing its portfolio across multiple states and countries. Today, Azure drives over $900 million in hotel development in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.
Carlos Rodriguez
Chief Operating Officer
With over 30 years in hospitality, Carlos has risen to General Manager positions, achieving 98% scores on brand quality assessments and 280% revenue increases. His expertise spans construction, renovation, and pre-opening phases at prestigious properties including W Martineau Bay Vieques and El San Juan Hotel.
Kevin Atkin
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin is a seasoned executive with a Business Administration degree from California State University, Chico. With 29 years of experience, he has transformed regional businesses into national enterprises, achieving 100-150% sales growth and 5-15% net margin increases through innovative operations and exceptional P&L results.
Eduardo Gomez
Executive Vice President of Operations
Eduardo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Lynn University. He has served as a task force for Azure on current properties needing operational review, successfully managing Midwest properties during reorganization and leading each property to higher occupancy, ADR, and RevPar.
